The Dyer family have been dairy farming in East Devon’s beautiful Yarty Valley for four generations. We are passionate about our milk and share a deep affinity with our land and its wildlife. Quite simply, we believe that happy, healthy cows make better milk. Our cows are bred and reared from calves here at the farm on a natural, wholesome diet. They graze beside the River Yarty – as it meanders from the Blackdown Hills through the Somerset and Devon countryside – in a comfortable, stress-free environment on the highest quality pastures.
From growing the grass to pasteurising and bottling the milk, we have complete control over production ensuring a fresher, tastier product that gets from our cows to your fridge faster than your average pint. And, importantly, this in house approach means there is less impact on the environment.
A local product sold directly, with a smile, to farm shops, delicatessens, restaurants and you, enabling even more people to appreciate that fresh, natural Devon taste.
